Addie has been amazing. I am currently in the process of trying to move to South Front. Addie has been so helpful and made the process a lot easier.

My partner and I just moved here and we have had an amazing experience with the entire staff! This is truly a gem here in Wilmington that I couldn't recommend enough! I want to thank Ben personally for stopping in so quickly and taking care of all of our work orders so timely and efficiently! Thank you Ben and the rest of the staff for all you do! We look forward to the next 12 months!

South Front Apartments is really a special place. So much more than an apartment complex, it’s a true unique community and offers incredible amenities like a 24 hour pool, huge rooftop garden, many free reservable spaces for get togethers and a large dog park on top of the abundant green space! Super close to downtown but just far enough so parking is easy and there are no extra fees for visitors and you can always find a spot for them. The neighbors and the employees are what really make the place the best though. Lacey, Justin, Dave, Ben, Addie and Blake work so hard and care so much about the community. I wish I could take it all with me as I move out of state!!

The amenities are awesome. The pool is nice and heated and usually open all seasons from my understanding. The community room is huge and free to book to use for events. My favorite part is the movie theater which is also free to book. You can watch movies or TV in this huge movie theater. Toured looking at some bigger apartments. They layouts are different but unique. Staff is always super friendly!

I just moved in and am loving it so far. Anna was amazing from the beginning - she gave me a great tour, answered all my questions, and made me feel welcomed and at home before I even knew it was going to be my home. The application and move in process was very smooth and uncomplicated.

I’ve lived in South Front for going on 4 years. I am proud to call this community my home. The office staff rocks! Emily, Lacey, and Anna are top notch and make us feel like family. Sure, you can save a few hundred going elsewhere, but this place is the DEAL and you can’t put a price on neighbors, community, and peace of mind. 🙌
