South Front has been my favorite place to live in Wilmington. Addie, Lacey and Garrett have always responded quickly to our needs. The maintenance team - and specifically Justin - have fixed any issue (however rare) faster than I have ever experienced. The amenities, sense of community, and proximity to downtown cannot be beat elsewhere.

I can't say enough positive things about South Front Apartments. They are courteous, helpful and quick to respond to the needs of the tenants! A+ in my book!!

My partner and I took a tour of these apartments today. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and were so impressed by all of the amenities. Garrett was so informative and professional while also being personable. We look forward to staying in contact with Garrett regarding our future move!

I literally have nothing bad to say about these apartments. Not only do they do amazing events but the staff is incredible. Not to mention how cute the apartments are. 10/10 recommend!

I love it here! I don’t have a single bad thing to say about south front. The apartments are beautiful and unique and the staff cares about the tenants. If you want a beautiful apartment that is close to everything - South Front is the way to go.

The guys were quick and did a very good job cleaning the ac units.
